Bea K?nigs

EXTERNAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT


Bea K?nigsK?nigs (1969) was trained as a publishing agent at Der Tagesspiegel and studied communications in Munich. For the last twenty years she has worked in fundraising, art sponsoring, and public relations in Germany, Asia, and the U.S.

Bea is responsible for the external communication and networking of the project.
A West Berliner, Bea experienced the fall of the wall on television while living in New York. She returned early to witness the unbelievable events first hand. 20 years later she continues to be interested in the stories of those whose lives were shaped by the wall. These include the migrants studied by the Placemaking project.
